1. Vegetables: In this category, I list down all the vegetables, fruits that I need for a week as per my meal plan.
2. Snacks: In this category, I list down all the snack items like biscuits, namkeen, chips, toast, breads etc which I will require for a week or two.
3. Dairy Products: In this category, I list down all the dairy items like milk, curd, buttermilk, ghee, butter, creams etc which I will require for a week’s time.
4. Other food items: Under this category, I list down food items like pulses, masalas, wheat, rice etc that I need to stock for a month or two. Or non-veg items which I will be cooking during the week.
